are you carrot maniac? yes? then , u should know the benefits of carrots.
carrots are high in vitamin A , also known as the richest vegetable sourse of vitamin A and carrots are also an excellent source of antioxidant. on top of that , it can help to protect against cardiovascular disease and cancer. as we all know that carrots are good for the eyes. carrots itself can improve ur vision especially night vision. and by having at least one serving of carrots or squash each day had a 60% reduction in the risk to get heart attacks compared to take less than one serving per day. and there are tons more of carrots benefits to share with but , look at the clock. its already past 2 oclock.. in the morning. and i have to say that im tired of typing this carrot thing. so , nighty night. later , i'll write more about other veggies and fruits benefits. insyaAllah.

okay. the point is , today malaysia defeated laos ; 5-1. waw! the game was assuredly superb. khairul fahmi is gud as always. he is like the best goal keeper ever. sungguhhh. :)
hujan kut ketike mereke sedang bermain bolaa. its abit slippery , but they still won the game. seriously.. i dont think that they colud win this game. cause laos name diew cm gak besa larhh jugak in bola sepak asia. when malaysia against thailand yesterday kut , the padang was very muddy n gross. and yet , its like the worst padang ever. for an international game.. its atrocious! but its all right for them. :)
malaysia masuk semi final. great job! splendid! happy for them. congrats! :)

nothing much to say. as usual , bangun pagi , wash all the dishes. its kinda of my job and i dont mind. cause , honestly speaking , i do like to wash all dishes rather than lipat and jemur bajuuu. ouh , how i hate that chores. (-_-')
heee~ i was very excited just now. :) i was waiting for this movie to come out like ages and its finally on. yeahh. and today is its premiere. its Due Date peoplee. :))
i highly recommended u guys to watch this movie. it wont disapoint u and i can bet that. InsyaAllah.

umi n ada balek ganu for 2 days because umi had an appointment with the dentist. so i had to cook for the past 2 days. cause when ada is not at home , i have to cook. secara rela or pakse , IDK okay. hakhak. but when shes around , she does the cooking.
im more into baking. :) and i reallyyyyy love to bakeee. coool~ favorite!(^_^)

as for today , it is my first trial of making ondeh-ondeh. alone. cause umi and ada were on their way back from ganu. glad that they are home safe and sound. alhamdulilah. miss them. kaklong had work to do. so , i was on my own. searched for the recipe on the internet. i thought it was easy. yes , it is easy. but the hardest thing to do is when u want potong the nisang. pergghh. mcm nk tecabut tangan denn. that thing da larh keras cm batu. at first , i thought i just wanted to just chopped but it didnt work. keras gilew. xbuleh nk gune chopper , ayoh marohh. hak. so , potong sajep lerr. *sigh it turns out well but cm lembik skittt. hakhak. mayb over boiled. xkesahh larh. first trial. kire okay le tuhh.. hee~ alhamdulilah , jadik larh jugakk. :)
rasenye next cm nk buat sekuk suji. cm sedapp jewp. hee. insyaAllah.

(-_-') yes! shes definitely a star of bowling man. perghhh. she is really something. i've always lost when had a 'battle' with her. strike and spare are always hers. derrr. bosann sungguh. :0. my sister , dayahh. so today , as usual i lost again. went for bowling at ts. i asked her once , unnie! why arh u so gud?? she replied, its in the blood. *rolling eyes. temo , the best thing is.. we had cool bloggg. weeee~ mine , oreo vanilla of coz. hee~ thanx unnieS. one more gold medal for malaysia. emas yg ke-9. form squash women's team. mencapai sasaran.
alhamdulilah.
hockey -> luck isnt on our side. we defeat by pakistan 2-0. still got silver maa. and for being in finals is already a creadit for us. coz we dont even have a dream to go for finals right. so , congrats. keep moving on. we'll still support u in the next event. olympic if im not mistaken. in london. congrats malaysian contingent. at this asian games in guangzhou , 2010. :)
